On April 10, 2014, the Bethpage High School Life Skills class and the Charles Campagne Student council joined forces to sell loom bracelets for a worthy cause.

This project was created by Mrs. Ceccoli, Speech –Language Pathologist and Mrs. Ardezzone, Teacher of Special Education. The project began with the Life Skills students making over three hundred colored loom bracelets that represented different charities and sports teams with the idea of selling them for a charity. The goal was to provide the Life Skills students with practical experiences using cash register skills and communication strategies to successfully interact with customers. Teaching assistants

Mrs. Spears and Mrs. Vezzi also provided support for students during the fundraiser. On Friday April 11, 2014, the Student Council students at Charles Campagne sold the leftover bracelets as the students requested an additional day to complete the fundraising project. The Charles Campagne school community surpassed expectations and generously raised $ 804. Thank you to everyone that supported this successful fundraiser.
