Looms Fundraiser

The Bethpage High School Life Skills class and the Charles Campagne Elementary School Student Council joined forces to sell loom bracelets for a worthy cause. This project was created by Mrs. Ceccoli, speech language pathologist and Mrs. Ardezzone, special education teacher. The project began with the Life Skills students making more than 300 colored loom bracelets that represented different charities and sports teams to sell for charity. The goal was to provide the Life Skills students with practical experiences using cash register skills and communication strategies to successfully interact with customers.

Leftover bracelets were given to student council members at Charles Campagne, who continued the fundraising efforts. The school raised $804 for the cause. Thank you to everyone who supported this successful fundraiser.
