On June 11, the French Club, along with advisor Madame Ciarniello, held its end of year dinner at the Cassis Brasserie French Restaurant in Plainview. Everyone enjoyed "une salade, soupe à l'oignon, steak-frites or poulet (chicken)" along with a most delicious dessert--"profiteroles"--a tasty pastry filled with vanilla ice cream and covered with chocolate sauce. (See picture!) It was a lovely way to end the year.
