On Saturday, January 17th, 35 students joined Ms. D'Alleva and Mr. Fazio on a city trip to the American Museum of Natural History. Our day began in the Rose Center for Earth and Space where we viewed actual meteorites, images of stars and were treated to a film inside the domed planetarium entitled the Dark Universe. We learned about the origins and possible future of our place in space. After a café lunch, we spent the afternoon touring the museum's vast collections of artifacts depicting mammals, endangered species, ocean wonders and of course prehistoric life. All agreed that it was a GREAT outing!!
