On Friday, March 14, the French club had a wonderful visit to A La Carte cooking school, where we worked in groups, made a 5 course meal, and then happily ate it. We prepared and enjoyed a Niçoise salad, cheese puffs, a "pissaladière", (a pizza-type quiche), chicken with herbs and an apricot "tarte"for dessert. Très très délicieux.
