On Tuesday 10/25, Gina Califano, yoga, stress-reduction & meditation coach, donated her time to work with our Explorations Club.  Gina led the students through a series of positive thought affirmations, chair and gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises and relaxing mediations that students can incorporate into their daily lives.  She was assisted by Marie McGluckin who is a member of Students United for Tolerance.  Thanks to all for a wonderful experience!
