JFK Soars Above Bullying

As part of Bullying Awareness Day at John F. Kennedy Middle School, students were given a square piece of poster board on which to draw pictures and cartoons or write messages against bullying. Not knowing what the poster boards were for, students wrote inspirational words and phrases, as well as doodled images and created sketches across the paper. Members of the school’s Anti-Bullying Committee compiled all of the poster boards and created one large poster proclaiming, “Like an Eagle, JFK Soars Above Bullying.” The large poster is featured prominently in the main hallway, referred to as “Character Alley.”
