Remembering Marc Sachs

The Bethpage Schools warmly remembered our former student Marc Sachs in a beautiful ceremony organized by Mr. Chris DeStefano. Marc was a terrific human being who brought joy to everyone who came into his presence. He overcame enormous obstacles and yet always had a big smile on his face. We miss him very much. Mr. DeStefano did a great job organizing a fundraiser to purchase a bench dedicated to Marc. His family was present for the unveiling as were teachers, staff and administrator from around the school district- each with a Marc story to tell.
