Talking About the Future

Students in Ms. Falabella's Third Grade class wrote essays about life as a kid in 2050. As a special treat, several students from Bethpage High School came down to listen to the students read the essays and offer their own thoughts as to what life would be like in the future. Third graders talked a lot about robots and cars that fly. High School students talked about new forms of energy and advances in medicine and curing diseases. A special surprise was the appearance of one of the BHS robots made by the Robotic team and an explanation of how it was constructed. It was a great learning experience for everyone!
