Third Graders Receive Dictionaries

Our very special third graders received a special gift from the Bethpage-Plainview Rotary Club- personalized dictionaries! This project is funded by the Nassau Educators Federal Credit Union and is part of the national "dictionary project" of the Rotary Club. All of the arrangements were made by Mr. George Hannau and he and Rotary President Charlie Razenson visited classrooms around the District with NEFCU representative Michael Ferraro and Superintendent of Schools Mr. Clark. It was a generous gift that excited all the students! Mr. Furrey, Mrs. Cintado, Mrs. Costa and Mr. Clark were all proud of the way our students immediately began using their new books!
