Bethpage Welcomes New Teachers!

The Bethpage School District has many new faces this school year. The new teachers were hired during the spring and summer. New teachers and teacher assistants were welcomed in late August at an all-day orientation meeting setup by Caroline Lavelle, Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources. Teachers took a tour of our community. A series of workshops have been setup to smooth their transition.

In the picture , the new teachers were welcomed by both Cablevision Systems and the Northrop-Grumman Corporation. Cablevision and Northrop-Grumman continue to be close educational partners with the Bethpage Schools. Thanks to everyone who helped arrange the trip.
