Ms. Corson as LILAC President
Ms. Chryseis Corson, the district's Director of English Language Arts and Reading, was recently honored for her past year of service as President of LILAC, the Long Island Language Arts Council. Ms. Corson now becomes the Past President. People at the conference noted the good work she did for this professional organization that seeks to build upon the strengths of teachers and administrators involved in ELA on Long Island.
