The Bethpage Schools and community mourn the passing of Mr. Sam Prioleau. Mr. Prioleau was a teacher, colleague, coach, mentor and friend to many people in the Bethpage community. He was one of those larger than life people who make lasting impressions on the people fortunate to know him. He was also an active member of the larger Nassau County community and went on to serve on the Board of Directors for the Nassau County Medical Center. For the past several years he has lived in South Carolina where he will be buried in a military cemetery. He will be deeply missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his children and his wife Audrey, Thanks, Sam! |
