Jake Geller and Grace Severin, two seniors from Bethpage High School, were presented with the Outstanding Physical Education Student Award by the Nassau Zone of the New York State Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance. They were honored at an awards ceremony on Dec. 4 at The Inn in New Hyde Park.
Each year, this award is granted to two outstanding seniors from each Nassau County high school who exemplify exceptional physical performance, scholastic ability, and leadership qualities.
