It's Wednesday night at 7:00 PM and the beautiful tones of the Bethpage High School Jazz Ensemble under the direction of Dr. Kay are evident in our hallways.

JFK students got a behind the scenes look at our upcoming HS Drama production of “The Musical Comedy Murders of 1940.” HS drama students gave them a tour of the backstage area, the light and sound booths and performed scenes from the upcoming production!







BHS Band students and JFK Orchestra students paid homage to our veterans this morning, performing patriotic music in their respective lobbies during arrival. Happy Veteran’s Day!





RN Michael Tancredi (BHS alumni) from NYU Langone visited our Careers in Medicine and Health Sciences classes. He inspired our students by talking about his time at BHS and College, career path, as well as his daily duties and responsibilities.

Ms. Martino's Grade 9 students had a "spooky" competition, designing fake blood using the Scientific Method as a guide. Special thanks to Mr. Portuese (BHS forensics teacher) who judged which group created the best blood viscosity, color, and most realistic "flesh wound".
