Today at CCS, we focused on “Love Your Passengers” for our Energy Bus Assembly... a reminder that the way we treat the people on our bus matters. 💛 Through powerful staff messages and meaningful moments, our students reflected on kindness, empathy, and lifting each other up. When we care for one another, we make our whole school stronger!
Family STEAM night at CCS was a huge success tonight! Our halls were filled with creativity, curiosity, and so many smiling faces as students and families explored hands-on activities and enjoyed the beautiful artwork displayed throughout the building.

CCS celebrated Family Literacy Night, bringing families together to enjoy and celebrate language, reading, and writing. Thank you to our CCS team for their efforts in making it a fun-filled evening for all!
As part of our Kindness Week in February, CCS teachers recognized students who were caught being kind by giving them raffle tickets for a chance to become “Teacher for a Day.”
We randomly selected four winners, and
each student chose a teacher in the building they wanted to work with for the day. On Friday, March 6, these four students had an amazing time teaching in Phys Ed, Kindergarten and 5th grade alongside some wonderful CCS teachers.
It truly pays to be kind! 💛

Bethpage Schools recently hosted PE and Health educators from nine districts to collaborate on best practices to help ALL students find greater levels of success in their classes. We hosted the workshop at our BHS Athletic Barn and had an energetic and successful day.

We had such a wonderful morning at our 2nd grade Thanksgiving celebration here at CCS. The students sounded absolutely beautiful singing their Thanksgiving songs, and they loved sharing what they’re thankful for and spending time with their special people. Over the course of the week, Peter and the rest of the Grade 3 students in Central Boulevard, Charles Campagne, and Kramer Lane received brand new Google Chromebooks and Chargers. Students are excited to use them under the direction of their teachers!

What a whirlwind of a weekend as Bethpage celebrated Safe Halloween on the Field Friday night followed by our Homecoming Parade and big win by BHS Football and concluded with induction of our our Class of 2025 BHS Hall of Fame members. It's great to be a Golden Eagle.

Grade 4 CCS students had a great time at Bethpage State Park learning about our local ecosystem. A big thank you to Yael Weiss (park ecologist) and her naturalists who provided such an amazing experience!
