On Thursday, October 9, 2025, participating students joined Mr. Portuese and Mr. Carroll to embark on a sailing trip through Oyster Bay. They boarded the nationally registered historic landmark "The Christeen" to peruse the waters, take in breathtaking sights, and learn about local marine life.
This voyage marked the sixteenth and final trip for the teacher tag team of Mr. Portuese and Mr. Carroll! It has been their pleasure introducing students to a place that holds a very special place in their hearts.
