On Wednesday, December 17, 2025, Bethpage High School's Internship Club visited the New York Stock Exchange. Participating students were lucky enough to have two parents who work on the exchange accompany us -- Mr. Moerler and Mr. Lapertosa! The students got to experience live trading and even had brokers running around the floor adding in the excitement.
Students got exclusive access to the balcony and the ringing of the bell. Even more special, a former Bethpage High School student, Stavros L, was interning with an options trading firm (Trademas) and was able to stop by to give his best regards!
