The halls of Kramer Lane are filled with holiday cheer as the school's Giving Tree initiative wraps up another successful year of community support.
Student council members kicked off the program by creating ornaments for the Giving Tree, each listing items needed by families within the Kramer Lane community. During parent-teacher conferences, parents selected ornaments from the tree, then purchased and wrapped the requested items to help neighbors in need.
Now, the counseling staff is carefully sorting through all the packages and donations, with deliveries scheduled to reach families this week – just in time for the holidays.
The Giving Tree exemplifies the spirit of the Kramer Lane family, where students, staff and parents come together to support one another during the season of giving.
Special thanks go to the counseling staff for coordinating this meaningful initiative, to student council members for their creativity and dedication and to all the generous families who participated. Together, the Kramer Lane community proves that the greatest gift is caring for one another.
