Bethpage High School's Ethics Team won 1st place at the Pan American Ethics Olympiad, which spans across the United States, Canada, and South America, which qualified the team for the International Ethics Olympiad with countries including Australia, China, India, Singapore, South Korea, and the UAE. The team also earned 5th place at the TKE Fall Invitationals which qualified the students for the TKE International Grand Final. The team earned honorable mention at both competitions. Participating students were Grace Cho, Ethan Candelario, Saveet Gupte, and Elizabeth Thomas.
Recently, the Ethics Team earned 3rd place at the Long Island Ethics Bowl out of 20+ participating teams, ranking as the first seed for the semifinals. The team also earned the Judge's Questions Award.
