Congratulations to junior Kayla Cusumano on her selection as Lead Alto Saxophone for the 2027 Division V (grades 11-12) All-County Jazz Ensemble.
To be considered for All-County, students must first be nominated by a faculty member and then audition before an adjudicator. Division III-V applicants must perform a jazz solo, sight-read in the jazz idiom and are strongly encouraged to perform an improvisation as well.
Earning a spot in the All-County Jazz Ensemble is a significant achievement and being named Lead Alto Saxophone speaks to Kayla's exceptional musicianship.
The All-County ensemble will perform at the Tilles Center in early 2027.
