The Bethpage Union Free School District's Board of Education held its first meeting of the 2026-27 school year on July 16, beginning with the swearing in of re-elected trustees Cynthia Krummenacker and Anna Israelton. Superintendent David Schneider also took the oath of office.
The board then selected its officers for the new year, with John Lonardo serving as president and James McGlynn as vice president. Kelly Franco will serve as district clerk.
With the reorganization complete, the board and administration look forward to another great year ahead for the Bethpage community.
