At CBS, we wrapped up the week with a powerful message from our Energy Bus Student Committee: Love Your Passengers! Our student committee, with a special guest appearance by Mr. George, led an engaging assembly that reminded everyone about the importance of kindness and including one another!


2nd and 5th graders at CBS came together to celebrate their hard work as researchers and writers during the All About Published Writing Celebration! Students proudly shared their informational pieces, showcasing the knowledge they’ve gathered and the writing skills they’ve developed.


Huge congratulations to Jonathan Ang, Diya Faruque, Vidhi Sevak, and Elizabeth Thomas who earned High Honors at the Long Island Math Fair! We’re so proud of their hard work and achievement in mathematics!


Nicholas Sabatini (a bridge engineer at HDR in Manhatten) visited our Engineering and AP Physics 2 students to talk about his educational pathway to becoming an engineer and projects that he has worked on throughout his 7 year career.
