On Sunday, March 12, 2023, Bethpage High School opened its doors to 24 teams that earned the right to participate at FIRST Technology Challenge Long Island Championships. Many of the Regal Eagles served in a volunteer capacity to support the event.

Bethpage HS's Ceramic Artists will be holding an "Empty Bowls" fundraiser on Thursday, March 16, 2023 at Bethpage HS Cafeteria B from 6 PM to 8 PM. Funds raised will help to fight hunger & donated to Island Harvest. Join us for live music, artist demos, raffles, and more!


Students in grades 3-5 recently learned the importance of self-acceptance and self-care with the help of middle and high school students. Members of Bethpage High School’s SADD Club visited Central Boulevard Elementary School and Kramer Lane Elementary School, while John F. Kennedy Middle School’s National Junior Honor Society members visited Charles Campagne Elementary School to present to classes. It was a meaningful experience for all!





Congratulations to senior Georgia Karaisarides for being named a finalist in the prestigious National Merit Scholarship Program! She is among 15,000 finalists who will continue in the competition with the hopes of receiving one of the 7,250 National Merit Scholarships.

Students from Charles Campagne Elementary School celebrated Read Across America Day on March 2nd! Established by the National Education Association, Read Across America Day is recognized each year on Dr. Seuss’s birthday. Students marked the special occasion by sharing books and reading together throughout the day.





Two seniors from Bethpage High School recently had their outstanding artwork on display at the Art League of Long Island’s Go APE 2023 Advanced Placement Exhibition. Yamileth Garcia and Shannon O’Keefe, AP art students in Courtney Young’s class, received honorable mention for their work – Yamileth’s piece entitled “Margarito/Jairin/Alex Garcia Tapia” and Shannon’s piece entitled “1934 Reflections.” Congratulations, Yamileth and Shannon!

On Saturday morning, Bethpage High School sent six of their top female programming students to represent the school community at the Women in Computing at Cornell Programming Challenge at Cornell Tech NYC.
