Family STEAM night at CCS was a huge success tonight! Our halls were filled with creativity, curiosity, and so many smiling faces as students and families explored hands-on activities and enjoyed the beautiful artwork displayed throughout the building.

Congratulations to the John F. Kennedy Middle School Faculty and Staff for winning the 2026 Autism Awareness Dodgeball Tournament. This marks John F. Kennedy's FIFTH triumph in this event as well as retaining the championship for a THREE-PEAT! Most importantly, it was another successful event raising over $4,300 to support the Extended School Year Program and spread awareness!

Congratulations to the students selected as JFK Students of the Month for March and April: Sarah Bachman, Joanna Guinan, Avneet Singh, Affan Hussain, Peyton Thurston and Travis Arora. These students were all nominated by JFK staff as a result of their attitude, effort, honesty, trustworthiness, citizenship, academic and/or extracurricular achievements. Keep up the great work!

At last evening's BOE meeting at JFK, Ms. Hayes and our JFK students showcased examples from our STEAM electives. The students did a terrific job representing their classmates and our school programs.

At the April 21, 2026 Board of Education Meeting, students from John F. Kennedy facilitated a presentation to the Board of Education about the STEAM electives offered. Fantastic job to the participating students!

Congratulations to Aditi Sujin, Afraz Abyan, Niyumi Wijesundara, Hamza Shakeel, James Johnson, Rizwan Jamil, Minahil Nisar, Diyaa Shah, and Ayana Garg. These students represented JFK at the Annual Kellenberg Math Tournament on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. They were truly impressive as they tackled complex problems, worked collaboratively,
and explained their solutions with poise, energy and determination. Special congratulations to Hamza Shakeel who won 2nd place in the Individual all around competition! Energy Bus Family night was filled with joy, connection, and unforgettable moments! Families came together to play board games, dance, bowl, and create meaningful bracelets. It was a wonderful evening that truly captured the power of positivity, community and shared experiences!
